Terms of service
1. The service
Traffic Boosters provides traffic monitoring and click-fraud detection for online advertising, including a click tracker, reporting, and optional exclusion management in the customer’s ad accounts.
2. Acceptable use
Customers may use the click tracker only:
- for ads they own or manage with the owner’s authorisation;
- with destinations on domains they have verified with us;
- in line with the advertising policies of the platforms they advertise on.
Customers may not use the service for cloaking, deceptive redirects, phishing, malware, or any attempt to show ad platforms a different destination from the one users receive. We suspend accounts that do.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their ad account settings and for reviewing any exclusions they enable. Our detection gives an assessment of traffic quality. It does not guarantee that every invalid click will be identified.
4. Data
Click data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Customers keep ownership of their data.
5. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Traffic Boosters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost advertising spend.
